Welcome to new and maybe slightly improved home of Mama Needs Me Time and the Honest Mom Talk Podcast! As we grow as people and into our true and new self in motherhood we gotta make moves that make sense!

I have greatly enjoyed the last seven years of coaching and building programs to help moms navigate the chaos while healing themselves along the way. However I have also been pulled in a different direction with my skills and knowledge to deliver that information in a different way. So I will be shifting my content from an information based podcast to an even more casual conversational style with everyday moms and keeping the informative and “work” based content in written form on the blog. I am always more than open to have conversations about what you as my audience needs as we travel through these different seasons but for now, lets give this a try!! So BUCKLE UP!! 2026 is gonna be one hell of a year!
